This petal dust is perfect for adding matte color to your creations! Use it to dust the surface of fondant, gum paste, or other decorative elements to create a beautiful, matte finish. Edible petal dust can also be used to color fondant, buttercream and melted chocolate. You can also mix it with a little clear alcohol (Lemon Extract, Vodka, etc) to use it as more of a paint. Don't worry, the alcohol evaporates quickly so there won't be any flavor of alcohol left on your creations.
